What you need
- 150 g homemade or goat's yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for plant-based)
- A handful of fresh berries
- 1 tbsp toasted almonds or walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, hemp)
- 1 tsp ground linseed
- A pinch of cinnamon and a drizzle of raw honey (optional)
Putting it together
- Assemble: spoon the yoghurt into a bowl and top with the berries, nuts, seeds and linseed.
- Serve: finish with cinnamon and a little honey, if you like.
Why it's good for you: Live yoghurt provides friendly bacteria, and berries are rich in polyphenols that feed them. Nuts and seeds add protein, healthy fats and minerals. A breakfast, lunch or pudding that takes two minutes.
Good to know: Leave out the honey and keep to a small handful of berries for keto.
